Some of you may have noticed, due to last week’s snafu we have lost over two years of recent posts and updates.
As disappointing as that is, rather than lament the loss what we are going to do is use this opportunity to clear out old defunct posts/links and re-up those that are still available all while we continue to update with daily new post.
In the end we hope to make the site more concise and efficient for all visitors as we continue to purvey the type of Ass-centric content for which the Basement is known.

Forget about recovering the last two years worth of data that was lost in the snafu of last week. All of that backup data is actually what is causing the problem.
Instead concentrate on the new info that is coming in. The extra data is what is slowing the webpage.
