What do u think the problem could be? Ive tried using firefox and internet explorer to no avail. Everything is up to date. I have no problems with other sites like File Factory.

  I have no idea why that is or what could be causing it.
  I can only assume that there is an issue on your end as I have tested it from several sources without problem.
